Tketcouncil of tke Miners' Federation t'o-day will discuss plans for extending tke dispute. Tke couneil will discuss proposals to witkkold coal supplies from tke steel works of tke Broken Hill Proprietary at Port Kembla and Neweastle by calling a strike of all collieries wkick supply tke Broken Hill Proprietary with coal. Suck a more would not only render idle many collieries now working, but also would cause serious dislocation of work at tke steel works. .
