(Eeeeived 13, 9.30 a.m.) NEW YOEK, Oct. 12. A Bangoroie message states that two gangsters were killed and one G-man was wounded in a spectacular gun battle in a street wkick imperilled and routed pedestrians and motorists en route to work. Those dead are: Alfred Brady, wko was accused of slaying two Indiana policemen, and Clarence Shaffer, a confederate. „ G-Man Walter Walsk was sent to hospital with a wound in tke chest. The G-men, informed that tke gangsters intended to s'eize ammunition from a shop, kid themselves in tke vicinity and surronnded tke gangsters, who fired wken ordered to surrender. Brady, the so-called "New Dillinger" kad terrorised Indiana for months by committing a series of robberies and murders.
