"Keep to the Left."
"Taking the 28 week period under review, it is found that nearly 400 accjdents would have been avoided if all motorists had observed the cardinal rules (i) Keep to the left, and (ii) Give way to the vehicie approaching from the rigbt," said the Minister of Transport, the Hon. R. Semple, in a statement covering the road accidents that occurred for the period ended September 30 last.
