Rickey Morgan (played by Douglas Fairbanks^ jnx.) is ihtfoduced to you as a youthful, fly-walking catburglar whose second-story activities bring in a handsome profit and baffle that redoubtable crime detective agency — Scotland Yard. Thrills and excitement permeate this picture from opening scene to final fade-out, when Valerie Hobson, the leading lady in the cast brings Rickey's carefree career to a happy* and altogether agreeable climax. "When Thief Meets Thief" will be screened at the Cosy Theatre this * evening.
