Finality Should Be Reached Without Delay The qiiostion of fxnalising the proposed new road through the Higgins Estate, Moteo, was agaln riiaed by Mr E. H. Beamish at yesterday 's meeting of tho Hawko's Bay Couuty Couucil. Ho pointed out that tho matter had bceu under consideration for a long time, and finality should be reached without further delay. The chairman, Mr F. B. Logan, stated that he Teeently conferred with tho Publie Trustee and one of the interested parties, and some progress had been made, The council. he said, still had two yeara in which it could take advantage of the bond given by tho Jatc Mr L . Higgiue.
