(Received 18, 8.45 a.m.) VALENCIA, Oct. 11. SeUor Don Jiian Negrin, Loyalist Prime Minister of Spain and Spain's delegate to the League of Nations, said to-day that the Government was willing
to send the International Brigade irom Spain, provided that the Italians were Withdrawn. Senor Negrin added that, if the civil war continued until the spring, a world war would be inevitable. The centre of the city of Madrid was most severeiy bombarded for two hours to-day, causing casualties among workers, shoppers and children going to school. Speaking at a meeting of the Spanish Medical Aid Committee in London, Major C. R. Attlee, Leader of the Opposition, foreshadowed that the Labour members of Parliament would demand the re-opening of the Spanish frontier.

Reinlorcements lor Tripoli (Received 12, 10.40 a.m.) NAPLES, Oct. 11. Five thousand seven hundred troops sailed for a destination reported to be Tripoli, making the total reihforcements during tlie last three weelcs 24,000.
