Party Arrives at London RECEPTION AT PALACE
(iieceivea 12, e.ao a.m.; RUGBY, Oct. 11. A special party of members of tli f American Legion, who have been visiting the EurOpcan battlefields and graves, have arrived in London. The Legion 's last visit was in 1927. The party paraded to-day and laid a wreath at the Cenotaph in Whitehall. Later they visited the Tomb of the Unkndwn Warriof in Westminster Abbey. The Legionnaires will be received on Tuesday by their Majesties at Buokingham Palace. Monday's progfamme includes a re« ception by the Lord Mayor at the Ma'nsion House in the City, and a Governd ment dinner.
