Cases In Napier . * Prosec-Litions for breaclies of the traffic regulations were lieard at the usual session of the Napier Magistrate's iCourt this morning. Mr J. Miller. S.M., imposed fines in the following cases : — On a voluntary appearance, charged with negligently driving a motor-car on the Clive-Hastings road, Norman Robert, Harris was fined £2 without costs. For cycling over the Westshore footbridge, David McKinnie, of Westshore, waterside worker; Maud Elsie Boyd, of Westshore, and Alexander Lavery, of Westshore, dredge handj were each fined 5/- with 10/- costs. Henry George Etheridge,' of Napier, rac io 6alesman, was fined 10/- with 10/- costs for exceeding the pari'mg limit. On a' similar charge John Tbomas Richards, of Napier, insurance manager, was committed and ordered to pav 10/- court costs.
