BOYCOTT MEASURES
U.S. Teachers Approve CHICAGO, Oet. 9. The American Federation of Teachers to-day approved of a boycott of Japanese goods. According to a message from Ottawa, the president of the Canadian Trades and Labour Council has issued a statement urging the workers to boycolt Japanese goods, and tlie Government to prohibit the export of war materials to Japan.
