Floods in . Tientsin WORST FOR 20 YEARS T1BNTSIN, Oet. 9. The Japanese soldiers and the Chinese are fighting together the worst fiood in the district for 20 years. The floods threaten to inundate Tientsin. Military transports are rusliing up materials to reihforee the danger spots in the grand canal and dykes throughout the province. The Japanese have been forced to use seaplanes for aerial operations on the Tsinpu front.
