BOXER'S CONTRACT

In a half-hour special sitting, the Yacation Court, after an interview in the Judge's room, decided that the New Zealand boxer Strickland should meet Neusel, the German, on October 19, as planned, pehding the hearing on October 27 of the case in which Reginald Hayes, boxing manager, seeks to restrain from other contracts Strickland, whom he claims is under contract to lrim.
