Germany and South Africa COLONIES PROPAGANDA (Received 9, 11.15 a.m) CAPETOWN, Oct. 8. Mr O. Pirow, Minister of Defencc, in a speech in the German district of Wartburg, Natal, appealed for the promotion of closer German relationships with Africa and the Empire on the basie o£ complete equality and a fair solution of the colonial problem. Nazi propoganda, he said, was endangering good German and South African relations. South Africa would sooner or Iater have to adopt a firm attitude towards the agitation for a boycott o.f Germany, becaupe she could not have her markets spoiled by any kind of agitation. Conversely, guests must behava lige gentlemen or South Africa would lose patience with them.
