Nine-Power Meeting BRITISH ATTITUDE (Received 9, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 8. It is understood that the British Government considers that the proposed meeting of the Powers associated with the Nine-Power Treaty and inombers of the League of Nations should take place as soon as can oonveniently be arranged. Exchanges between the various Powers concerneu are still in the stage of ascertaining the different views on a suitable procedure for implementing the League 's suggestion.
