, Credit Adviser Arrested ISSUE OF "BANKERS' TOADIES" (Eeceived 8, 8.45 a.m.) EDMONTON, Sept. 6. Mr. G. F. Powell, of London, Douglas Credit adviser to the Government, waS arrested and eharged with being the autlior of leaflets allegedly distributed by Josepk, Unwin. He was released on bail of 8o,01X) dollars. Charged with counsclling murder and also on thre charges of libel Joseph Unwin, the Government Wliip in the Legislature, was arrested in connection witb the "bankers' toadies" leaflets which were seized yesterday. He reserved his plea and was remanded fer oine days on bail of £1,000. The cliarge was laid by Senator Griesbaeh.
