British Labour Conference Approyes FASCIST INTENTIONS

(Eeceived 8, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 7. The Labour Conference defeated a motion to instruct Labour Parliamentarians to vote againSt the Government arms estimates. Yoting on the motion was 2,167,000 to 22,800. The conference overwhelmingly approved a • policy of adequate defence. The executive undertook fo prepare a scheme for democratisation of the armed forces. The conference diseussed the rearmament recommendations adopted by the Trades Union Congress. Mr J.
