UP-TO-DATE YARDS and loading facilities for Iive-stock are provided at Bay View, Eskdale, Waipunga, Waikoau, Tutira, Kahika, Putorino, Ohinepaka, Wairoa, Nuhaka and Waikokopu. THOSE FARMERS who forward their wool and other goods by rail are entitled to. have agricultural lime in truck lots carried free hy rail for a distance of 100 miles, only a small charge being snade for the use of tarpaulins covering the lime. A GOODS TRAIN leaves Napier at 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive; arriving at Wairoa at 11.40 p.m. The feturn train leaves Wairoa at 6.20 p.m., arriving at Napier at 12.15 a.m. A connecting train to Palmerston North leaves Napier shortly after arrival of the train from Wairoa. . A train arrives from Wellington at Napier at 2.45 p.m. in time to eonnect with- the Napier-Wairoa service. The railway service is limited to goods and parcels at present. The Stationmasters at Napier, Gis borne, Wairoa and Putorino will be pleased to arrange for the supply of wagons and give further infonnation regording railway freights. '
