JAPAN'S WOOL IMPORTS
(Received 7, 11.50 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 6. The forthcoming ordinance restricting imports does not make any actual change in the position of Australian wool, -800,000 bales of which will be admitted by June 30 of next year, but when this quota is exhausted AUstralian wool will be on the same footing as other wools which are subject to restriction.
