(Eeceived 6, 8.45 a.m.) VIENNA, Oct. 6. Baron Wiesener, addressing a Legitimist mass meeting, divulged tlje first authentio information of the HitlerMussolini talks. Ho declared: "I am able to reveal with full responsibility tliat Signor Mussoliiii emphasised that Austrian independence was an essential factor of Italian policy." He added: "A Berlin-Rome bloc faces a counterbloc of Britain, France and America which Britain leads. We regard Europe's fate as being in Britain' s hands. Our new opponent is Germany. We must fight not only for ourselves but for hundreds of thousands of Germans who expect salvation from the Nazi regime through Austria."
