"Reds" E vaded at New York NEW YORK, Oct. 1. (Jommunist deraonstrators crowded the docks when Mussolini's 20-ycar-old son, Vittoria, aftived by the liner Eox. Five hnndred of them, dominating the usual dockside crowd, threatened for a timo to cause a riot. But Vittoria was taken off by a coastguard cutter and was landed a mile away from the dock an hour before the liner berthed. Fifty police escorted his car from the waterfront, although no Communists had learned of the secret landing place. Three police on motor Cycles acted as a convoy to Vittoria's hotel on Park Avenue to co-operate with Hal Eoach in the formation of a new film company to make pictures of Italian interest.
