The Manchester Guardian's Berlin uorrespoudent says : "Taking a lead from flerr Hitler's Bueckerberg speeeh on Sunday, the newspapers and political yuarters are re-emphasising Germany's claim to colonies. Such words as Our Eightful Property, and Our Claim to Colonies aro re-appeariug in print and are heard in conversation. "It is evon possible to detect a firiner attitudo smce Mussolini's visit. Thus the D eutsche Allegemeine Zeituug says: "The best way to saieguard peace is to' meet the vital needs of nations. The surest way to war is to withhold thexn, Our attitude may be arrogant, but we cannot lielp this.' " A Berlin message says that although the German Ambassador to London, Herr von Ribbentrop, returned to Germany ostensibly for a health cure, it is widely surmised that he has come to receive fresh instructions in the campaign for tho return of Germany's colonies .
