JAPANESE LANDING
South China Islands (Eeceived 6, 10.40 a.m.) HONGKONG, Oct. 5. Six Japanese warships landed hundreds of bluejackets on three sraall islands in the Cbungshan area near Macao. This is the first confirmed report of a landing by the Japanese in South China. The Japanese are malcing an aero-. drome on tho largest island.
