New Angle to'Peace Sentiment (Receiveu 5, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 4. "As a contribution to world p^ace," the Broadstairs Council decided to effaco the words "Lest Wo Forget" from the Lusitania raft on the pier. A councillor, in supporting the decision, said: "I have a' body full of war wounds but I do not undress several times a day to look at them. I want to forgot them." A man was recently fined for defacing the words with paint.
