DUNEDIN, Last Night. In the Police Court this morning a motor-cyolipt, Herbert Thomson Illingworth, was finecj £12 10/- and his licence suspended for 12 months for heing intoxicated in charge of his vehicle. The police stated that he was in a very drunken oondition, riding his cyele into a ditch on the Portobello road. The Mugistrate refoised a special plea for the retention of the licence in a similar charge against Claude Glanville in respect of a motor ear. He was staed to have passed three cars at 33 miles an liour in Princess street-.
