Brckers Must Share The Responsibility (Eeceived 4, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 3. Lcading topmakers at Bradford suggest that some of the responsibility for the recent decline in wool values rests with brolcers who offered more wool at the auctions than buyers were able to al)sorb. If, instead, they had modified tlieir offerings in accordnnce with the demand, values would have been inaintained.
