The second day of news agents' and newsboys' boycott of The Sun found no weakening on eitber side with the result that the city again is practically without an afternoon paper. It is possible to buy the paper at The Sun office and underground stations, where vendors are under contract to continue selling, but the net saies havo falien to a fraction of thoso of an ordinary day, while the raucous voices of the newsboys are conspicuous by tlieir absence. Large bundles of The Sun were set on fire by the strikers immediately after they were unloaded from a lorry in Konarah suburb. There were also a few bouts of fistieuffs between the strikers and would-be voluntoers. News agents declare that The Sun management, aiming to extend home delivery, imposed conditions regarded by them as intolerable and uneconoxnical.
