An official coinmunique states that the terrorist campaign has become intensified and that, in view of this, it has been found necessary to institute action against certain persons whose activities have been prejudicial to the maintenance of public security in Palestine and who must thixs b© regarded as morally responsible for the murders of ritish officials.
