• PARIS, Sept. 29. Tlie Englisb, Erencli and Italian naval experts bave agreed to suggestions for anti-piracy control in tlie Mediterranean. Contrary to expectations, says a Britisb Offieial Wiroless message, tbe naval experts did not meet again ^it Paris tO-nigbt to sign tbe agreement. A. communique states tbat the Britisb, Frfincb and Italian delegations, haviug been unable to fiuisli their draftmg ivork, will meet again to-morow morning.
