Consideration by League britain is willing (Received 30, 1.40 p.m,) LONDON, Sept, 29, Lord Cranborne, at the Geneva Advisory Committee, in referring to Mr. S. M. Bruce's suggestion that there should be a conference of Powers vitally concerned in the Far East, said: "I think we all agree that this proposal is most valuable afid should be kept in mind. His Majesty's Government would certainly concur if all the other Powers principally interested would be ready to agree." The committee aceepted a French suggestion to establish a sub-conimittee to consider the next step.
