— ■ ■■■— m Suspension of Rugby Player An appeal against a decision of the Central Hawke's "Bay Rugby Sub-Union was disallowed when it came before the Hawke's Bay Rugby Union last evening from tke Takapau Club. The appeal was in respect to a decision of tiie sub-union to suspend K. Bell, of the Takapau Club, for. the first two playings Saturdays next season, following his ordering off in the match between Takapau and Porangahau on September 4. The union received a- letter from the Havelock North club, agreeing to the playing of the Napier-Hastings thirdgrade final between Havelock North and Napier H.S.O.B. at the Havelock Domain at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday.
