Britain and France dictators concerned (Eeceived 29, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 29. The correspondent of The Times states: — "The impression is growing that what the dictators are considering are mbthods dealing with the outburst of Anglo-FrenCk diplomatic activity, including the projected Three-Powef coiiference, which is not likely to arouse a sympathetic response either in Italy or Germany. 'The Frankfurter Zeitur.,^" indicates that the dictators are res> .ved to protect each other 's interests in Spain and even press for tlie exclusion of Eussia entirely from the Spanish queStion.
