~ WELLINGTON, Tlus Day. The Council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association has decided to ask centres to hold two trial or scratch' meetings before December II and the Wellington centre .a national trial meeting cn that date for the purpose of nominating athletes to represent New ^Zealand at the Empirv Games. - - The national championships have been def erred • till March. The profits of the national trial will go towards the expenses of the invited competitors.
