Not Due to Incendiarism (Eeeeived 28, 11.0 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 28. The police arson sqnad, after a thorough examination of the damagod portion of Cockatoo dockyard, is certain that no incendiarist was responsible for the outbreak, which is belioved to be due to spontanepus combustion. Damage estimated at nearly £30,000 was eaused by a fire whicb destroyed the general store and part of the paint store of the Cockatoo Doek at Cockatoo Island, Sydney, The firemen foughfc dqgperately and checked flames from sproading to other parts of the equipment.
