IS HITLER WORKING FOR DISARMAMENT AND THEN WESTERN DEFENCE PACT
(Eeeeived 28, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27. Mr G. Ward Price, in the Daily Mail, says that Herr Hitler desires a Rome-Berlin axis in friendlier relation to Britain. If Signor Mussolini agrees to satisfy British misgivings regarding Italian action in Spainf Herr Hitler will propose a joint declaratlon for all-round limitation of armaments in West Europe and an eventual British, Prench, Italian and German defensive pact.
