BLENHEIM, Last Night. From 75 competitors, including several from Wellington and Nelson, the final of Ihe Marlboroush provincial golf ehampionship was contested by E. Reid and J. JefEries, both of the Marlborough Club. The match was played over 18 holes and resulted in a win for JefEries 1 up. Iu tho semi-finals Reid beat J, D. F. White (Hutt) 1 up, and JefEries beat' Huggins_ (Nelson) 3 and 1
