Precautions at Berlin (Received 27, 11.50 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 26. The police have ordered that windows along the route Signor Mussolini is travelling must bo kept skut. Nobouy will bo permitted on the roofs. Housoholdors and caretakcrs uro warued not to adinib any unknown person to tho buildings. Tho police explain that ovor-excitcd people might fall from the roofs or through open windows, so endangering the crowd below. The Russian Embassy is the only building in the Unter den Linden not decorated.
