"STEEAMLINE EXPRESS" AND "LET THEM UVE."

Vietpr dpry and Evelyn Venable have the leading roles in "Streamline Express," at the Hastings Municipal Theatre to-night. The film is a comedydrama, set on board the express train of the future, and the lceypote of the production is ultra-modernity, both in story and settings. Cornedy and drania arp skilfully mingled in the interwoven destinies of a group of passengers on a tr-ans-continental run. The supporting cast includes Ralph Forbes, Esther Ralston, Sidney Blackmer, Erin O'Brien Moore and Vineent Barnott. A signiilcant phase of modern life is portrayed with dramatic intensity in TJniversal's "Let Them Live'," which also scrpen at the Municipal touight. The story sets forth the valiant battle of a y°ung doetor ta compel political bosses to improve health com ditions in a city, The romantic element of the screen drama deyelops when two lovcly girls are attraeted to the doctor. The leading role is played brilliantly by Jonh Howard, who seQred earlier in "Lost Horizon." Nan Grey, remembered for her work in "Three Smart Girls," given an appealing performance opposite Howard. The other girl who vies with Nan for the doetor 's affeetion is Judith Barrett, seen as the niece of the political chief. The latter role is portrayed by Edward Ellis.
