British Royalty & Diplomats at Dinner (Received 25, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 24. The Duke and Duchess of Kent and Mr and Mrs Neville Chamberlain, Mr and Mrs A. Duff Cooper and Mr Anthony Eden wero the guests of the Italian Ambassador, Signor Grandi, at the Italian Embassy. A man drew a hammer and sickle sign on the pavemcnt outside the door which a policeman w^s still trying to rcmovc n-hcn the guests began to arrivc.
