TUOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Napier H&fbour Bo&i'd (hereinafter called "The Board") during the present Stession of Parliament to promote the passing of a Local Bill to be called "The Napier Harbour BOard Loan Afflendnient Act 1937" and hereinafter referred to as "The proposed Act," the objects of which are: — To enable the Board to enodify the Scheffie Of Work set out in the First Schedule to "The Napier Harbour Boafd Loan Aet 1933" by the deleting frOm the said Schedule the item "Construetion of 1800 ft. of Western MQle, with breastwQrk" and applying the moneys alloeated for that work namely £70,000, together with eertain subsidy moneys towards providing additional wharfage accommodation and for additional work rendered necessar.y byA copy of the proposed Aet has been depOsited at the time of the first publication of this Notice in the Magistrate's Court at Napier and another COpy has been sfcnilarly , deposited at the publie Office of the Board at the Breakwater and such copies are open t© publie inspection during office hours without fee, and will so remain open for publie inspection for a period of three eemplete Weeks.
