Mosley, after hearing | cvidence in a defended case of intoxicai feion in charge of a motor-truek and wilful damage of three safety zone pillars preferred against Arnor Gohannes Fagerholm, aged 28, who was alleged by the witness who had followed him, to have been driving erratically and had, been a threat both to witness and a taxicub. The Magistrate djsmissed the charge of wilful damage, the evidence, he thought, showing that the accnsed hit the posts in an endeavour to avoid a eyelist. 0n the other charge aecjjsed was convicted and fined £30, medical oxpenses and, costs, and his Jicenee was suspendod till Juno .1, 1939.
