The supreme iniportance of blood has been elevated into a dogma in modern Germany. It is being emphasised, th a somewhat different basis, by Dr. Tsunemasa Aragaki, medical expei*t attached to the Japanese Foreign Office. If. Dr. Aragaki lias his way, oniy applieants who can show an "O" type of blood will be admitted into the foreign service in tlie future.
