PLAINTIFF NONSUITED

After a fairly lengthy hearing in the Magistrate's Gourt at Waipukurau, Mr ,J. Miller, S.M., non-suited plaintiff in the case in which John Gassie Findlay, agent, of Hastingjs, proceeded against Sidney Augustus Ross, of Porangahau, for the sum of £4 10/2. The amount represented the cost of repairing damage done to the front of plaintiff's car by the rear part of defendant's lorry. The vehicles, both proceeding to Waipukurau, came into contact on the Little Kokomoko hill, Porangahau road, on February 8 last. Evidence was given by plaintiff, defendant and defendant's son, Desmond Maxwell Ross, who was driving the lorry at the time. Plaintiff is to pay solicitor'e fee of one guinea, and £1 witnesses' expenses.
