COSY THEATRE
"A FAMILY AFFAIR" TO-NIGHT. Lionel Barrymore, always master of the character analysis in a screen portrayal, again touches the heart in his latest role as a fearless old country judge in "A Family Affair.'' This is th^ picture which is screening at the Cosy Theatre to-night for the last time with a strong supporting cast. Cecilia Parker and Eric Linden provide the young romance. A grand programme will be presented at the Cosy to-morrow afternoon and evening. At the matinee, besides the third serie's of amateur trials, there will be three features of interest. Literally a whole speedway full of championship raxfing drxvers appear with Charles Quigley, Dorothy Wilson, Eddie Nugent, and Patricia Farr in Columbia's now drama, "Speed to Spare." "Midniglit Court" is a Warner Bros. melodrama starring Ann Dvoralc. Miss Dvorak plays tlie part of a court stenographer who, one evening is horrified to see in the line-up the brilliant lawyer who was once her husband — ^but now a cofirmed drunkard. The theme of the picture is hcr rchabilitalton of him aiul (Iio mcans by which they oxpose a gang of automobiJe thieves. Then there is the Joe Louis v. Braddock film, showing every detail of the contest.
