Mrs. M. A. Itolls, a former rosidont of Port Aliuriri and lulcr ot' Dannevirke, passcd away afc Foathorston at the age of 90 years. Thero was a .family of ten, of whom cight are sti)l living. There aro also 30 grand-c-.hildrcn and 12 great-grandchildren. The surviving sons and daughtors of Mrs. Rolls are: Mrs. R. Taylor, Hastings, Dr. C. J. Rolls, Auckland, Mcsdamos A, Creagh and E. Probble, Napier, Mrs. J. Prebble, Wairoa, Mrs, I I. Page, Petone, and Messrs. M. Rolls, j Christchurch, and H. Rolls, Featherston,,
