LOST CONCERTO FOUND

Schumann Work for Violin SPIRIT MEDIUM'S MESSAGE (Received 23, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 21. The British Broadcasting Corporation reveals a remarkable story of spirit messages by which a long-lost Schumann violin concerto was diseovered. The concerto was written in 1853 and was unknown till 1934, when the violinist Jelly d'Aranyi claimed that sho had received a spirit message from Schumann urging her to find and pffiy the manuscriiit. After many disappointments it was found in the Prussiau State Library. It wijl be played by Aranyi with the Corporation 's orchestra at the Queen 's Hall on O.ctober 20. The facts are claimed to be fully verified and unimpeachable.
