Handicaps for Hastings*Napier Event The harrier clubs of Hastings and Napier will stage the annual road race between Napier and Hastings on Saturday, couimencing at tho Napier Post Olfico at 2.30 p.m. In this conuection tho handicapper, Mr. M.
