WELLINGTON, Last Night. A reserved decision was given by Mr. J. Lawry, S.M., to-day at Petone in a case in which W. J. R«id, baker and j pastrycook, claimed £184 4/10 from Stoupe and 80ns, Ltd., flour, grain and produce merehants, of Wellington. Mr. Lawry said that there was no doubt that plaintiff had suffered some damage and awarded £65 with costs £14 9/6. He said that he had taken the counterqlaim for £27 14/4 into aecount in the judgment. The claim arose from defective goods, and loss of trade, aliegcdly the result of flour supplietL
