Money Still Needed for Pavilion BAZAAR NEXT YEAR The building committee which undertoqk the work of erecting the pavilion on the Havelock North Doinain met last night and went fully into the linancial position. The architeet and seeretary reported that the funds in hand were not sufficient to complete the job, and that it would be necessary to raise /money by way of a bazaar or some similar function to complete the work. In view of the fact that the Village Hall committee is organising a bazaar to build a supper-rooin, it was decided that no action be taken this ycar, but that a bazaar be cond'Jcted in 1938 to raise the necessary money. In the ineantime, it was decided to invite further subscriptions towards the completion of the work, and Mr. Nimon undertook to interview citizens with a view to borrowing individual sums of £5 until sueh timp as this money could be repaid from the proceeds of the proposed bazaar. Meauwhile the dressing-sheds can be used, but the main pavilion will not be available for use until sueh time as sufficient money is available to complete ! the interior linings.
