A request tliat the Government give liurtlier assistance to farmers in the Kaiwaka, and otlier distriets to enable them to purchase blnestone to treat sheep flocks affected by liver fluke wus made by Mr E. L. Cullen (Government, Hawke's Bay), in notice of a question to the Minister of Agriculture, tlie Hon. W. Loe Martin, in tlie House of Representatives yesterday.
