The Associated Press special Geneva correspondent says that the Committee of Twenty-three to which Chiiia has appealed to the League was referred decided to invite Australia .Chirta. The decision to invite Australia was due to the Commonwealth's ptoximity to the seat of the conflict and to her vital interests in the Pacific.
