Wounding of Ambassador
(Beceived 22, 12.30 p.m.) BUGBY, Sept. 21. It is announced tkat the J apanese1 Government 's reply to tke British Note on the wounding by a bullet from a Japanese plane of the British Ambassador to Chiria, Sir Hughe Knatch-bull-Hugessen has been haiided to the British Ambassador at 'Tokio.
